By commissioning heavenasthma, you have read and accepted these Terms of Services.
🌺General Guidelines
You must be 18+ to commission me.
I have the right to decline or cancel any commission request if I’m not comfortable doing it/or have any motive due to fluctuating life;
Refunds are only provided only if I haven’t started your commission.
I do accept private commissions, please tell me beforehand if you would not like to have your commission be posted publicly (This includes portfolio use).
I send a lot of WIPS, if you want me to change/or add anything you may ask before me doing the lineart/coloring.
I retain the rights to my artworks, such as to distribute, reproduce, or use as a sample for sales or self promotion.
NFTS/blockchains and AI learning are extremely prohibited.
Payment is handled through Paypal only. (USD currency)
Commissions
T.O.S
You have the right to ask for changes 4 times for free, after that there can be tax.
Only available on the Sketch phase or Base Coloring phase;
Do not edit or repost my artwork if it was not commissioned by you, or for you.
Any edits or re-posts found will be contacted for removal.
Do not claim my work as you own or remove my watermark;
Please contact me for any revisions or edits you’d like to be added/changed to the artworks. This applies to any artwork I have made.
Payment must be made before I start working on your piece, I will only start working on your piece once I’ve been paid.Price varies depending on the complexity of the character design.Commissions may not be reproduced or printed for commercial usage unless terms are discussed at time of sale.
Your commission is for your personal use only.
You may re-upload to gallery(s) with proper credit given.
Commissions may be reproduced or printed for your own personal usage and display.
Payment is always made upfront before starting.

Once paid, your name will be added to my queue.
Refund is only guaranteed 34 hours after you have paid me and I haven’t started working on your commission.
Prices will vary on the complexity of the characters/piece.
Adoptables/Custom T.O.S
You are allowed to use the character for personal use only.If you adopt a character through monetary means, you are allowed to resell the character for the amount of money you got, including their worth.
Examples: You got a character via offering 100 usd WITH another character whose worth is 20usd. You are allowed to resell the character for 120 usd meaning.
If you commissioned art of the character, you are allowed to increase the worth of the character. Meaning, original worth you obtained the character is 120, and you got a commission that cost 40 usd. Then, the new worth is 160 usd. Art trades, gifts, and event art does not count to the addition towards a character's worth as those did not include any monetary trade.
ArtFight art does not add to the worth of the character.
If you (future adoptee) obtained the character through a trade that does not include any monetary trade (like you traded the character for another character), future adoptees are not allowed to sell the character. If you (future adoptee) gained the character with monetary trade, then all is fine.
Meaning, if the character’s original worth was 160 usd, but you received the character as a gift, you are NOT allowed to sell that character.
#ff2b00If you buy a character FOR another person (like a voucher for example), the person who is obtaining the character is allowed to resell the character for its full worth.If you want any changes/edits made to the character, you are 100% allowed to ask me. If the change is too great, I may ask for monetary compensation. You are allowed to edit the character (either making the art by yourself or commissioning other artists), but not the art I initially made for them. Doing so, you will be warned and potentially blacklisted. I am here and open for any changes made for your benefit.
You are not allowed to edit the artwork I’ve provided for the character.
Examples of edits that are not allowed: Drawing over the art, changing the colors (hue, saturation, brightness), deleting/changing any items/parts of the character, and anything else in between and outlying.
Deadlines may vary from 2 weeks to 3 months. However, it is still not a definite time.
Depending on the lenght of my queue/kind of commissions it may take longer.
With that in mind, please refrain from working with me if you need your commission done as soon as possible.
